I've spent 30 years living in both worlds: business AND technology. I don't just define what to build — I know how it will be built, what will break, and how to prevent it.

My Journey

Over the years, I've held every role in the software delivery chain:

Developer — writing production code for years
System Architect — designing high-traffic systems serving millions
CTO & Co-founder at Trikoder — building and leading teams of 50+ engineers
Head of Business Analysis at Undabot — bridging clients and engineering teams

I've led the design and launch of some of Croatia's largest online platforms, including njuskalo.hr, 24sata.hr, vecernji.hr, and tportal.hr. I've managed projects from pre-sales through discovery, engineering, and final delivery.

And I Still Build

This isn't nostalgia — I actively develop. Recently, I built a multilingual AI tourism agent using LangChain/LangGraph. I use AI-assisted development tools daily. This is how I stay technically sharp.

Start with clarity. I help you define scope, align stakeholders, and prepare for reliable delivery — before a single line of code is written. This includes scope discovery, requirements documentation, estimation facilitation, and pre-sales support.

Embedded Delivery

From kickoff through launch, I work as your Product Owner or Business Analyst — a hands-on team member, not a distant advisor. Typical engagement: 3-12 months, part-time or full-time, remote or hybrid.

Training & Workshops

Custom-tailored education combining theory with hands-on practice using your actual projects and tech stack. Topics include requirements engineering, scope discovery, agile delivery, and AI-assisted development.
